I also like reading the fluff and the quest decisions you can make to augment your citizens. Plus their units look pretty damn awesome. Is Harmony the best affinity? : civbeyondearth - reddit Even special units aren't affinity exclusive, once you went past 6 points and thus selected main affinity you still can make xenoswarm, LEV tank or anything else outside of general units if you have enough points. I'm also taking 2 points in harmony and 3 in supremacy while using Purity as main affinity.
